Une vingtaine de turfistes sont présents ce matin au Champ de Mars, vu que c’est mercredi, jour de repos pour la plupart des Ecuries. Les seuls entraîneurs et jockeys présents sont Vincent Allet, Derreck David, Ricky Maingard, Gaëtan Faucon, Hugues Maigrot, Jaures Marcialis, Raj Ramdin, Yannick Perdrau et Keagan Latham.

Horsemen suffer heavy losses in Oklahoma tornado

The tornado that ripped through Moore, Okla., at almost 200 miles an hour Monday claimed not only the lives of more than 20 adults and children, but it also wiped out the Celestial Acres Training Center, home to both Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse operations, killing scores of horses. The training center was in the direct path of the storm.
