The two horses of Ricky Maingard stable battled for the win in the home straight in the 5th race, and it was Ridge Too Far (Rye Joorawon) who got the upper hand in the end.

 

This horse, who didn’t run badly at his first outing here, confirmed his progress and, well ridden by Rye Joorawon, he produced a nice acceleration to beat his stable mate narrowly.

Captain Thriller (Geroudis) finished 3rd in front of Not Liable (Burke)
