Ball Park, now at Merven Stable, gallops over 800m and clocks 54.47, finishing in 26.36. Captain James Cook (Naiko), Dreams Come True (Hoolash) and Solar Captain (Falcon) work together over 1000m, concluding in 27 seconds and fraction. Royal Times runs 600m in 38.81 and finishes in 26.30.
The barrier draws are carried out at 6.45. Fidelis, nominated in the third and sixth races, draws 1 in both. In the main event, Il Saggiatore draws lane 10, while his opponents from Rousset Stable, Green Keeper and Captain Thriller, draw 2 and 7 respectively.
