Compared to last week, the punters have been more active in the market. They have backed a greater number of horses. Azapel is still the hot favourite of the feature race, The Axa Travel Insurance Cup. Offered at 2/1 at the start, its odds closed at 7/5 yesterday. Two other horses have also been backed in this race.

In the other races, at least two horses have been backed. It is to be noted that in Race 3, Zhan Hu and Hail Atlantis, who are yet to score their first win here, have been quite confidently backed, whereas there has been drifts in the odds of Torero, Patch Of Blus and Pieces Of Eight, three last-time winners. In Race 2, Court Report who has not yet opened his account on our turf has been backed.
