Racing Queensland stewards have disqualified and fined an owner for abusing jockey Chris Munce and hitting him with a racebook.

Stewards found owner Ewan Stoddart guilty of 'engaging in conduct prejudicial to the interests of racing' after an investigation into an incident at Doomben in December.

Stewards found Stoddart abused Munce before hitting the jockey on the head with his racebook after a race in which his horse Warrior Girl competed.
