The Mauritius Turf Club Laboratory has been appointed as referee of the Belgian Horseracing Federation with immediate effect.
This was confirmed by Dr David Van Dooren to the MTCL’s manager Bertrand Bertrand who is attending the International Conference of Racing Analysts and Veterinarians (ICRAV) in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Bertrand Baudot is currently the secretary of the Asian branch this organisation, which is planning to organize its next conference in Mauritius in 2014 with the participation of 350 delegates. France Galop and Le Trot Français have already appointed the MTCL referee.
