The favourite of the 8th race, Salvador Dali, produced a nice acceleration to give a double to Perdrau stable and Brandon Morgenrood.
Drawn one with the blinkers on again, he ran off the pace but finished very strongly to beat Amaphupho (Odendaal) who looked the winner.
So Raven (Sola) finished well to take 3rd place in front of Benjamen Boo (Woodworth).
