A l’occasion du Qatar International Horse Festival (28 février au 1 mars), qui comprendra également le Qatar International Arabian Horse Show et les Qatar International Race Meetings, le Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club a invité le Mauritius Turf Club, au même titre que tous les membres de l’Asian Racing Federation, à se faire représenter dans l’autre événement de ce festival, le tout premier Qatar Apprentice Jockey Invitation Races (QAJIR).
